• All members must be over the age of 18.
• Members may not share, sell or give any part of the Clevelander's service to anyone else.
• Clients must accept losses can occur. The Clevelander, and staff members can not be held responsible or liable for any losses.
• At the end of each month all profits will be paid out. If at the end of the month the syndicate makes a loss, members will be responsible for investing the funds required to raise the unit value back to £3000
• Cancellation of membership must be in writing to :18 Newstead Avenue, Whitehouse Farm, Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland. TS19 0QS
